MDC is so versatile that it can be used alone, with beneficial bacteria, and even with chemcial herbicides and algaecides to help restore nature's balance in a pond or lake. It speeds up the natural breakdown of organics into simple sugars which can quickly digested by bacteria.

MDC is safe for fish and for the environment and it's easy to use. After mixing with the appropriate amount of water, simply spray the mixture over the surface of the pond. MDC will help clear the water column as it sinks to the bottom and begins to work.

Dosing and Application Instructions

Determine the water volume of your pond. For example 1 acre foot equals 325,000 gallons. Dilute MDC to 1 part MDC to 9 parts of water and dispense it evenly on the surface of the pond. Maintenance applications can be applied in as little as every two weeks until the muck or organic loading is reduced. Be sure to always dilute MDC to the proper amount and do not exceed the suggested dosage rate or frequency.

MDC can be used in water temperatures above 39 degrees F.
