Make note of the load time as well and give it a little bit of time to load.  If the delay goes for 30 seconds or more, the video format may not play successfully on your computer.

If you could not view the video there may be several reasons for this.  Be sure that you have the latest version of flash software installed…in most cases flash is installed on most computers.

Also keep in mind that some internet services such as dial up may not provide adequate speeds to play the videos on your computer.

If you continue to have problems with viewing the sessions online, you can still take part in the workshop by purchasing our “plus” package which includes the full workshop on cd/dvd shipped directly to your home.  Along with this you will still have lifetime access to the online course and most importantly the updated reference section and directory which is not video based.
