Points On Purchase Rewards - Terms & Conditions

The Points On Purchase Rewards Program ("Program") is a rewards program offered by KLM Solutions LLC. (KLM Solutions) for PondAlgaeSolutions.com customers. For purposes of these rules and regulations (hereinafter "program rules" or "rules"), "you," "your," and "Member" mean you as a Member of the Program, the term "Account" refers to your Program membership account, and the term "Reward" refers to the rewards you earn in the Program. KLM Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or change, with 30 days notice, the rules of the Program, including but not limited to changing the Reward levels, changing the terms for use of Rewards at any time, and modifying or terminating the Program. Members do not acquire property rights in accrued Rewards. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Membership

Membership in the Program will be granted by KLM Solutions through creating of a PondAlgaeSolutions.com customer account and acceptance of these Program rules.

Membership in the Program is for individuals only. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine Reward with other Members. Corporations, KLM Solutions business partners, and other entities may not be enrolled as Members.

Members are limited to one Program account. A Member must provide all information necessary to open a PondAlgaeSolutions.com account, including his or her legal name, billing address, phone number, and e-mail address. Account specific information will be sent via e-mail to the primary e-mail address in the Member's account. Members are responsible for notifying KLM Solutions immediately of any change of email or physical address.

Upon enrollment, Members' accounts are active for indefinitely. Members' accounts will remain active as long as the Member earns points at least once every 12 months. The Member's account expiration date will be extended 12 months from the date of the last earned Reward. If a Member fails to earn a Reward in 12 months, the Member's account may become inactive and all Rewards will be forfeited.

KLM Solutions reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member with no Rewards in the Member's account or a Member who has earned no Rewards for at least 12 consecutive months.

Members may update e-mail and physical addresses by visiting their account at PondAlgaeSolutions.com.

Members must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment in the Program.

Earning Program Rewards

Members earn Rewards equal to 5% (five percent) of qualifying purchases of any product at PondAlgaeSolutions.com. For example, a purchase of $100.00 in goods, excluding shipping, handling and tax, would earn a member 500 Rewards Points.

Each Program Reward may be redeemed for $0.01 usable towards future purchases of products, minus any shipping, handling or tax at PondAlgaeSolutions.com.

Only purchases of products from PondAlgaeSolutions.com are part of this program and earn Rewards. No other purchases from any other KLM Solutions website, retail store, partner or otherwise will earn Rewards under the Program.

Rewards can only be earned by the person whose name appears in the Program account.

Rewards may not be transferred from one Member's account to another, or to a Member's estate, or as part of a settlement.

Rewards expire. Rewards earned and unused will expire automatically after 365 days. Members agree to receive email alerts regarding the Program and status of their Rewards.

To earn Rewards for each PondAlgaeSolutions.com purchase, Members must complete their purchase using their Member account information.

Rewards are earned when deposited into the Member's account which generally will occur within 1 day after a purchase has been made.

If a Reward is credited to a Member for the purchase of a product which is later returned, the Reward associated with that product will be cancelled and deleted from the Member's Rewards account.

Reships and Credits on File will be excluded from earning Rewards.

Redeeming Program Rewards for PondAlgaeSolutions.com Purchases

Program Rewards can be redeemed for the purchase of any product at PondAlgaeSolutions.com, minus any shipping, handling and taxes associated with any purchase.

Members can use their Rewards to pay for all or part of an order. Members will be offered the option at check-out to apply Rewards towards a purchase.  The portion of any purchase which is paid for using Rewards is not eligible for granting additional Rewards. Where a Member pays for an order with both Rewards and currency, the Member will accumulate additional Rewards only on the portion of the purchase made with currency.

Additional Program Rules and Regulations

In addition to Program Rewards, KLM Solutions may from time to time offer "bonus" or promotional Rewards, partnership programs, or promotional incentives for Members. Such offers are not a part of the Program's formal Reward structure and may be temporary. KLM Solutions reserves the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. These offers are void where prohibited by law.

Rewards may not be sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. Rewards have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered.

All transactions in the Program are subject to review and adjustment by KLM Solutions. KLM Solutions may cancel the Member's account, Promotional Rewards, or any purchase if misuse or violation of Program rules is suspected.
